Adding Legal Disclaimer Text

Disclaimer fields make it easier to place campaign legal text consistently, but they are not legal advice.

Steps:
1. Open Dashboard > Legal & Disclaimer.
2. Enter the exact Paid for by text your campaign wants displayed.
3. Add authorized-by text, treasurer name, committee address, privacy text, and terms text when applicable.
4. Review starter templates only as drafts for counsel or compliance review.
5. Preview the footer, Privacy page, and Terms page before publishing.
