PoliticalWin may collect account information, campaign profile information, billing identifiers, subscription status, support tickets, attachments, audit logs, custom-domain settings, DNS verification data, media metadata, translation records, help-center usage, and public form submissions needed to operate the service.

PoliticalWin uses this information to provide the dashboard, render campaign websites, process support requests, send service notifications, support billing workflows, protect against abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.

Campaigns are responsible for their own public website privacy notices, public form wording, data exports, donor-platform privacy practices, and use of personal information collected from voters, volunteers, supporters, or website visitors. PoliticalWin does not control how campaigns use exported data after it leaves PoliticalWin.

PoliticalWin may use third-party providers for hosting, email, billing, support, security, analytics, DNS, SSL, translation, and storage. PoliticalWin may disclose information when needed to operate the service, comply with law, respond to legal requests, prevent harm, enforce terms, investigate abuse, or protect rights and security.

PoliticalWin does not sell campaign form submissions as a data broker. PoliticalWin may retain service records for security, billing, compliance, support, abuse prevention, backup, audit, and operational purposes. Account holders may contact PoliticalWin support with questions about access, correction, deletion, or account closure, subject to legal, security, billing, and operational retention requirements.
