Checking Ticket Status

Ticket statuses show who needs to act next.
Steps:
1. Open Dashboard > Support.
2. Review each ticket's status and priority.
3. Open the ticket detail page to read replies.
4. Reply with more information or attach a file when support needs it.
5. Close the ticket when the issue is resolved.
Important notes:
- Staff internal notes are not visible to customers.
- Support email notifications are scaffolded, but the ticket still saves even if email is not configured.
