Exporting Form Submissions
What this article covers:
CSV export lets the campaign work with volunteer, contact, signup, yard sign, and event RSVP submissions outside PoliticalWin.
Steps:
1. Open Dashboard > Forms.
2. Use form type or spam status filters to review the on-screen list if needed.
3. Click Export CSV to download all saved campaign submissions. The on-screen filters do not limit this export.
4. Store exported files securely because they can contain personal information.
5. Delete submissions only when the campaign no longer needs them.
Important notes:
- Exports are tenant-scoped so one campaign cannot export another campaign's submissions.
- Review privacy obligations before sharing exported data.
