Steps:
1. Use clear JPG, PNG, or WebP images within the dashboard size limit.
2. Prefer 2400 x 1350 for hero backgrounds, 1600 x 900 or 1600 x 1000 for cards/galleries, 1200 x 1500 for portraits, and about 900 x 360 for logos.
3. Keep faces centered with extra space above the head because public cards and mastheads use automatic crops.
4. Add alt text for meaningful images.
5. Leave alt text empty only for decorative images.
6. Use drag-to-reorder media when the first image should become the thumbnail.
