Reviewing AI Translations

Translation review keeps Spanish pages from publishing rough drafts or half-reviewed legal language.

Steps:
1. Open Dashboard > Spanish Site.
2. Review entries marked Needs Review or Failed.
3. Edit Spanish text manually when needed.
4. Mark entries reviewed only after a campaign reviewer checks them.
5. Publish reviewed entries and preview /es/ pages.

Important notes:
- Protect candidate names, office names, district names, URLs, donation platform names, slogans, and legal disclaimers.
- AI translations are convenience drafts, and campaigns are responsible for reviewing public Spanish content before publishing.
- If the OpenAI API key is missing, translation requests fail safely instead of crashing the dashboard.
